A premium pack is a production problem as much as a design one. The mockup always looks good. The shelf is where designs die.

The first habit is to design for the substrate. Ink on matte board, foil on gloss and print on kraft all behave differently, and a colour that glows on screen can go muddy on the wrong stock.

The second is to protect the small type. Ingredient lists and legal copy are where reproduction fails first, so we set minimum sizes and never trap them in a rich black.

The third is to see a real proof. A wrap only tells the truth once it is folded, lit and held.
